Privacy notice

This notice explains what Demand Builders does with the details you give us through this site. We kept it short and plain.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect your first and last name, your work email, your company, and anything else you choose to add: your company website, your role, and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains. That is all.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one thing: to answer your request. That might mean preparing the buyer map you asked for or replying to your question. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Demand Builders who handle your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The typefaces on the page load from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any browser sends when it requests a file.

Deleting your details

You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time. Email joyce.clayton@demandbuilders.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will remove it and confirm when it is done.
