> who_sells --todayanswer: you, mostlybackup: a hire who never ramped
Growth still runs through you.It does not have to.
You built this company on relationships. They still bring in most of the work. We build the part that does not depend on your phone, your handshake or the next trade show.
// the network
A network is an asset. It is also a ceiling.
Referrals bring you buyers who already trust you. That is the best kind of buyer. The trouble is supply. The network grows as fast as your relationships do, and it pauses when you do.
Trade shows help, on their own calendar. Between them, the market keeps buying from whoever reached it first.
// the hire
You tried to hand it off once.
Most owners do. A capable salesperson comes in to open new accounts. They are good in a room. They are lost without a room to walk into.
Nobody built them a list of the right people. Nobody worked out what to say to those people or why they should care. So the hire looked slow, the experiment looked expensive, and new business went back on your desk.
We think the hire was rarely the problem. The missing piece was the engine they were meant to drive.
// what we do
We build it, staff it and run it.
We design the channels your company never switched on and put people on them. Outbound comes first: each message researched and written for one real person, read by a human before it goes. Around that we add the things buyers check before they reply, so your name holds up when they look.
We keep it running until it produces pipeline against a baseline we set with you at the start. You see what it does in plain terms.
// what you keep
You own the engine. Not a contract with us.
When it is producing, we hand over the playbook, the data, the sequences and the people we trained to run it. Nothing stays locked in our accounts. If we did the job well, you stop needing us.
Will it sound like us?
It has to. We learn how you talk about your work and write in that voice. If a message would embarrass you at a dinner with a client, it does not go.
Do we need to change our sales team?
No. Your people take the conversations the engine opens. We train them on how it works so they can run it after we leave.
We tried outbound before. It did not work.
Usually what was tried was volume. We do the opposite: fewer people, real research, a human read on every message. Tell us what happened and the buyer map will say whether it is worth another go.

See where an engine would fit.
The buyer map is a short read of the channels you run, the ones sitting idle, and where we would start. Free, plain, and yours to keep whether we work together or not.
